What changed on 17 September 2026
An earlier version of this page said the contact form opened your own mail application and
sent nothing to us. That stopped being accurate when the form changed. The form now sends your
enquiry to us directly, through the three service providers named below, and this page
describes that path.
Who we are

fiduciary for personal data described on this page.
What happens when you send the contact form
1 When you open the contact page, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is being used by a person rather than an automated script. Turnstile runs only on the contact page.
2 When you press send, your browser submits the form to our server, which runs on Cloudflare Pages. Our server asks Cloudflare to confirm the Turnstile check, and passes your IP address with that request.
3 If the check passes, our server hands your enquiry to Brevo, which delivers it to us as an email.
4 The email arrives in our Google Workspace mailbox, where we read it and reply.
Our server does not store your enquiry in a database and does not write its contents to logs.
If the Turnstile check fails, or a hidden anti-spam field has been filled in, nothing is sent.
What we collect
Through the contact form
Your name and email address.
Your company or organisation (optional).
What you need and the offer closest to it, plus your preferred engagement model and timeline (both optional).
A subject line and your message.
Your IP address — used only for the Turnstile check, and not included in the email we receive.
If you email us directly
Emails you send straight to info@pashyaa.com, partnerships@pashyaa.com or
privacy@pashyaa.com arrive in our Google Workspace mail. They do not pass through
Cloudflare or Brevo. We use them for the same purpose, and keep them on the same schedule,
as enquiries sent through the form.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and
does not track you across other websites. It reports aggregate page views and referrers.
We cannot identify you from it, and there is nothing here to opt out of.
Hosting and delivery
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes connection
data such as your IP address in order to deliver the page and to block abuse. We do not
have access to this as an identifiable record.
We do not run advertising pixels, marketing trackers, session recording, or heatmaps. Our own code
sets no cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner. The Turnstile check on the contact page
is run by Cloudflare, and we use it only to tell people from automated traffic.
Who processes it, and where
Three service providers handle your data on our behalf, as processors acting on our
instructions. Each is named here with what it does, what it receives, and where it processes
data. Your enquiry is processed outside India.
Cloudflare
What it does
Hosts this website and runs the server that receives the contact form (Cloudflare Pages). Checks that the form is being used by a person rather than an automated script (Turnstile). Counts page views without cookies (Web Analytics).
What it receives
Connection data including your IP address; the contents of the contact form while our server passes it on to Brevo; aggregate page-view counts.
Where
Cloudflare’s global network. Requests are generally handled at the Cloudflare location nearest to you, which may be outside India.
Brevo
What it does
Delivers your enquiry to our mailbox as an email.
What it receives
Everything you entered in the contact form. It does not receive your IP address from us.
Where
An EU-based email provider. Your enquiry is processed in the European Union.
Google Workspace
What it does
Hosts the mailbox your enquiry arrives in, where we read it and reply.
What it receives
Enquiries sent through the form or by direct email, and any correspondence that follows them.
Where
Google’s data centres, which may be in more than one country. We have not restricted this mailbox to a single data region.
Why we hold it, and nothing else
We use your enquiry to reply to it, to scope the work you asked about, and to keep a record of
what was agreed. That is the whole purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list, build a
profile, use your data to train anything, sell it, or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries — whether sent through the form or by direct email — are kept for
24 months from your last message to us, then deleted. If an enquiry becomes a signed engagement, the related records are
kept for as long as that contract and Indian tax and company law require, and then deleted.
Delivery and operational records held by Brevo and Cloudflare follow those providers’ own
retention periods.
Who else sees it
Pashyaa’s engineers, and the three processors named above acting on our instructions. We do not
transfer your data to anyone else unless the law requires it.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
Tell you what personal data of yours we hold and what we have done with it.
Correct anything inaccurate, or complete anything incomplete.
Erase it, where we no longer need it for the purpose you gave it for.
Nominate someone to exercise these rights if you die or become incapacitated.

and we will action it. Deletion is usually a matter of deleting an email thread, so it is quick.
Grievances

A person reads that mailbox, not a ticketing robot. Write there with any complaint about how
we have handled your data and we will respond.

Children
This is a business-to-business site. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under
18. If you believe a child has sent us data, email privacy@pashyaa.com and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top. For
anything material we will say what changed rather than quietly reissuing the document.
